How can we get the power for the long day and make away with tiredness after the hard day. How can we save the beautiful shape, strengthen the immunity, maintain wellness and prolong youth. I would like to introduce simple and easy but very effective at same time energetic spiral exercise . This complex does not need in special conditions and equipment also it takes a short time . Only three or five minutes of practice this exercise will help you refresh your energy and bring a nice mood. The spine and joints in our body are for movements and they need them much more than we practice. To practice this exercise you need a very short time. You need to spend not more than five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening for yourself with a pleasure. This complex consists of four motions.  Each  motion is performed in a spiral way.
