Spiral exercise

I would like to introduce simple and easy but very effective at same time energetic spiral exercise . This complex does not need in special conditions and equipment also it takes a short time . Only three or five minutes of practice this exercise will help you refresh your energy and bring a nice mood. The spine and joints in our body are designed for movement and they need it much more than we use them. To do this exercise, you will need very little time. You can spend no more than five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening for yourself with pleasure. This complex consists of four motions. Each motion is performed in a spiral way.
