Spiral exercise
How can we
get the power for the long day and make away with tiredness after the hard day.
How can we save the beautiful shape, strengthen the immunity, maintain wellness
and prolong youth. I would like to introduce simple and easy but very
effective at same time energetic spiral exercise . This complex does not need
in special conditions and equipment also it takes a short time. Only three or five minutes
of practice this exercise will help you refresh your energy and bring a nice mood.
The spine and joints in our body are for movements and they need them much more than we practice. To practice this exercise you need a very short time. You need to spend not more than five minutes in the morning and five minutes in the evening for yourself with a pleasure.
This complex consists of four motions. Each motion is performed in a spiral way.
Imagine you stand in your room and each of your motion directs you to the different corners of the back wall of the room. Thus your body will turn left and turn right, stretch up and bend down. Finally you will draw the infinity sign.
Note: you should not feel any pain. If you have some problem, be careful. Do your motion to the volume before the pain appear. You need to stop when pain is going to appear, like a very little pain. The opposite direction is helpful (healing) for you. You can do it with maximum volume.
Stretch your arms and body to the left-back-upper direction. Imagine you are trying to get the back-left-upper corner of the back wall of your room. Then making a down spiral way move your arms to the next position. Bend your body and direct your arms to the back- right-down direction. Imagine you are trying to get the back-right-down corner of the back wall of the room. Then move your arms to the next position following through the middle front position. Bend your body and direct your arms to the back- left-down direction. Imagine you are trying to get the back-left-down corner of the back wall of your room. Then making a rising spiral way move your arms to the next position. Stretch your arms and body to the back- right-upper direction. Imagine you are trying to get the back-right-upper corner of the back wall of your room. Now repeat everything again.
This is common complex for the whole body. It effects every organ and every part of your body from the tips of toes to the tips of fingers.
This very simple complex can help to any part/organs of your body and get special energetical effects.
Also you can practice it while sitting or walking.
