Our teacher professor Park
J.W. had been given us very effective, wonderful, simple and multi-faceted same
time methods to be healthy and happy. Among them are Su Jok, Twist therapy and
Smilemeditation. All they are based on Triorigin theory which is Master Key and
can open any door of all aspects in our life.
The dream of professor was to
create Triorigin World of happy smile people where everybody has chance to be
happy and healthy.
The first step in this process
may be spiral exercise. This exercise was created by professor Park for
everyone. It influences to all systems, organs and parts of our body. There is
pleasant just to look at its practice, but to practice it for yourself is more
pleasant.
Spiral exercise has some
advantages among all kinds of physical practices:

This exercise you can practice in any location and
condition – it does not need any equipment.

It is great for any age from the babies to the old age
even disabled people.

This spiral exercise makes you healthy and younger
looking.

Also it improves your mood and reduces your stress.
According to Triorigin theory
this complex has four stages and each stage has four motions reciprocally.
It begins from simple calm
motions like awaking process. Then it follows the active energetic movements
like sunrise, stimulations. This stage changes to the strong powerful motions
like concentration. At the finish there is result which presents by compound
beautiful motions.
The alternation of all these
stages creates the special natural pattern of everything in university. It
harmonizes all aspects of our life, as health, as mind and creates the smile of
life.
