A healthy and strong posture at any age - dream or a reality? The back pain is the most common problem many people have to handle regardless of their age or walk of life. This could affect almost everyone sooner or later. Back pain limits daily activities, diminishes quality of life causing physical and emotional chronic discomfort. The unhealthy weakened spine affects the health of internal organs. Improper movements and sedentary lifestyle won't help to maintain a healthy spine. Our posture reflects our stamina and endurance. Throughout our daily activities we strain our backs not only with our own weight but also by lifting all kind of loads such as heavy shopping bags, laundry baskets, pushing, pulling etc. In the vertebral column each vertebrae is intended to move. To keep them strong, healthy and flexible it is imperative to know the correct movements that are indispensable for a healthy spine. So, what movements are fundamental to keep a good posture?

Dealing with stress - restore and strengthen your nervous system instead of destroying it. In today’s environment dealing with stress has become a great issue and every year more and more people have to deal with it. Perhaps it is due to aging or maybe our busy modern lifestyle. I don’t remember people dealing with stress that much in a past.   Let’s try to analyze. Stress is a reaction to extreme life situations that could be either negative or positive. According to scientific research, positive circumstances could cause even more stress then negative. There are two types of stress that we are exposed to: acute and chronic. There are fairly effective techniques to cope with acute stress but it is way more difficult to recognize chronic stress. If you think about it, 90% of today’s health problems are caused by stress. Chronic stress can ruin your health, the longer we live with stress - the more it affects not only our mental health but furthermore our physical health as well

What should I know about Triorigin and how can I practice it   Of course, we do not analyze each of our actions from a Triorigin perspective in our everyday life and current household surroundings. I'm using this Master Key in argumentative, complex situations. Although Triorigin principles are not necessary in everyday life, but just as we can live our lives without understanding things like infinity of the universe, chemical structure of a molecules or the law of gravity, having this knowledge changes our mindfulness of life. Quite often I have been asked why I say Triorigin , when in reality I talk about four phenomena. The reason is that the first three most apparent origins representing the creation of life and reality are easy to understand and recognize.   The fourth origin which Professor Park discovered the last is hard to identify and specify. The definitions of Hetero and Homo are compatible with the concept of Yin-Yang that is prominent and easily distinguishable due to their contrast nature. Some people immediately picture a Monad - white and black, Adam and Eve, day and night, summer and winter. But unfortunately, Yin-Yang theory is not complete. The rivalry is unstable, not harmonious or productive. Our daily life is basically flowing smoothly and unnoticed. Periods of the day, seasons, years, decades, always shift to replace each other moving us forward along the life span. So what is Triorigin ?

The folk dances are healing because they are based on twist movements as well. Twist therapy is way more effective than traditional physical therapy methods. To practice twist therapy you have to determine which position of your body and what movement will be therapeutic. In twist therapy you can use only comfortable moves. Remember this! The diagnostic is very important in twist therapy. It has three steps. First of all, we need to determine for which part of the body we need to find a healing movement. If you have pain in your limbs you need to explore the motions of its joints. If you have a problem with one of the inner organs, you need to explore the motions of the spine joints leveled with this specific organ. Next, we need to analyze the motions. For the limb joints this will be bending in and out, and for the spine joints
