Twist walking to get in shape

Do you wish to get in shape?

Do you want to boost your metabolism?

If you have a sedentary job and don’t have time to go to the gym or avoid doing so because you feel weak and fatigued after a workout, then Twist Walking Exercise could come to your rescue!

The therapeutic twist enhances the movement of an energy in the meridians, stabilizes the body, balances metabolism, improves blood circulation and harmonizes an overall wellbeing. This therapeutic twist exercise is effortless and offers the comfortable and pleasant movements besides being absolutely safe! This exercise does not require any special accommodations and can be done anywhere on the go - at home, while taking a walk, at the office, on the plane, while swimming.

I would like to introduce to you a therapeutic twist walking, which has a detoxifying effect, increases metabolism, improves blood circulation, relieves stress and fatigue, as well as being easy and painless. It doesn't take lots of time and costs nothing compared to the time and money you spend going to the gym.

I encourage you to make this therapeutic walk a part of your daily routine.

This therapeutic twist walking is most beneficial if you are:

- overweight

- living a sedentary lifestyle

- struggling with stress or emotional anxiety

- suffering from diabetes

- suffering from a chronic digestive disorders

- suffering from a chronic fatigue

- dealing with a weak urinary system or prone to the frequent UTIs

The therapeutic twist walking has an overall rejuvenating effect and could be done either while walking or in place with your back against the wall if you feel unsteady, dizzy, weak or afraid of falling.

I recommend starting this movements first using only your feet placed in the outward position like Charlie Chaplin, moving one foot at the time doing an out-twist.

Then add hand movements. Simultaneously while the left foot turns into an out-twist, move your arms with the left hand also in an out-twist and the right hand turned into an in-twist with palms facing each other. Next, while the right foot turns into an out-twist, the right hand also turns into an out-twist and the left hand turns into an in-twist keeping the palms facing each other. Continue these movements using your feet and hands simultaneously at the same rhythm turning to the left, then to the right, to the left, to the right, etc.

When you get comfortable doing these simple moves and if your condition allows and you would like to increase the strength, start raising your knees one by one, turning them outward. After you master this movements, simultaneously add the movements of the opposite hands.

There are no limits for the duration or the number of repetitions.

I recommend to start your twist walking for just 1 minute 4 times a day and then gradually increase duration up to 4 minutes at the time.

To get the most benefits from this therapeutic exercise I recommend to do this twist walk 4 minutes at the time 4 times a day.

I wish all of you to stay fit and healthy!
